I can still remember when it was Tereza's first day at Dyson. She was full of excitement, curiosity and her rays of positivity brightened everywhere and everyone she met and 2 years later this still reigns true. I had the opportunity to work with Tereza as a colleague and as her manager. Through both of these experiences I have been able to watch her grow as a designer and into a mentor and someone that other designers in the team look up to. Her UX/UI skills are brilliant but are equally paired with her dedication to providing the best experiences for users. She brings passion to everything she does is a great example of how the learning does not stop once you've reached a certain point in your career, constantly upskillling herself and others around her. I knew I could always rely on Tereza to have new ideas that go beyond expectations and to be prepared to see her come back with designs to match the ideas in quick turn around ready to talk through. I hope to work with Tereza in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to take her onto their team.
